Auguste Sautelet (1800–1830) was a talented French printer whose brief career was marked by dedication to his craft during a transformative period in printing technology. Though his life was cut short at the age of thirty, he contributed to the advancement of printing practices in early 19th-century France.

His work represented the skilled craftsmanship that characterized the printing trade of his era. Sautelet was interred at Montmartre Cemetery, where he rests among other notable figures of French cultural and intellectual life.
