Aurél Förster

Biography

Aurél Förster was an esteemed Hungarian classical philologist whose scholarly expertise contributed to the study of classical languages and literature in Hungary. His academic work reflected deep knowledge of classical texts and traditions.

Förster's scholarly legacy remains part of Hungarian classical studies. He was laid to rest at Farkasréti Cemetery, where many of Hungary's academic and intellectual leaders are commemorated.
