Avrom Saltman, born in 1925, dedicated a life to chronicling Jewish history with a measured, humane eye that brought clarity to complex eras. Alongside teaching and mentoring, Saltman served as a consultant on numerous cultural projects, ensuring that the lessons of the past were translated thoughtfully for future generations; his contributions are remembered with respect at Yarkon Cemetery.
