Balázs Badár

Biography

Balázs Badár (1855–1939) was a skilled potter whose craft represented the traditional artisanal traditions of his time. His work in pottery demonstrated the artistic and practical skills that characterized this ancient craft.

Badár's long life allowed him to practice his craft across many decades, contributing to the material culture of his community. He was interred at Mezőtúr, where his memory as a craftsman is preserved.
