Bazyli Wierzbicki (1776–1852) was a notable figure in Warsaw's Protestant community during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. He lived through a transformative period in Polish history, witnessing the partitions of Poland and the subsequent reshaping of Warsaw under Russian rule.
Wierzbicki's life spanned the transition from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth to the Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was interred at the Protestant Reformed Cemetery in Warsaw, reflecting his deep roots in the city's religious and civic life during this pivotal era.
