Biography
Bedřich Horký was a parson who served his Protestant congregation with dedication and faith throughout his long life. Born in 1860, he represented the Protestant clergy of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the subsequent Czechoslovak state.
Horký's ministry spanned decades, providing spiritual guidance to his community in Džbánov. His commitment to the Protestant faith was reflected in his burial in the Protestant cemetery, and his life, which extended to 1945, encompassed nearly the entire span of the modern era.
