Bella Zilfa Spencer

Biography

Bella Zilfa Spencer lived a brief but meaningful life in The Woodlands during the mid-nineteenth century. Born in 1840, she became part of the community's fabric during a formative period in its history.

Her memory is preserved in The Woodlands cemetery, where she rests among other early residents of the area. Though her life was cut short at just twenty-seven years of age, she remains part of the historical record of this historic community.
