Bengt Erland Fogelberg was a renowned Swedish sculptor whose artistic achievements left a lasting impression on Scandinavian sculpture and public art. Born in 1786, he worked during a formative period in Swedish artistic development, creating works that reflected both classical influences and emerging Romantic sensibilities that characterized his era.

Fogelberg's sculptural works contributed significantly to the visual culture of Sweden and the broader Scandinavian region.
