Biography
Beniamin Galstian (1902–1942) was a Russian political commissar who served the Soviet Union during a critical period of its history. Born in 1902, he took on the important role of political commissar, working to maintain ideological commitment and morale within Soviet military and civilian structures.
Galstian's service during World War II reflected his dedication to the Soviet cause. He made the ultimate sacrifice in 1942 at the age of 40, and was laid to rest at Kazachye Cemetery, where he is remembered for his commitment to his duties and his country.
