Benjamin Harrison

Biography

Benjamin Harrison (1742–1807) belonged to a family dedicated to the colony’s welfare, and he carried forward that tradition through service in the legislature and as a colonel who stood with his friends during trying times. He remained attentive to the lives of his tenants and neighbors while navigating the complexities of the emerging republic.
