Biography
Benjamin Zeʼev Boskowitz, born in 1740, served as a rabbi in Bonyhád where he guided his community through a period of social and religious development. He was committed to teaching scripture and to fostering a sense of unity among congregants.
Boskowitz’s gentle leadership and scholarship left an indelible impression on the Jewish community, and his memory endures beyond his passing in 1818 at the gravesite in Bonyhád.
