Biography

Bernard Otto Seeling (1850–1895) was an Austrian sculptor whose artistic career flourished during the late nineteenth century. He worked during a period of significant artistic development in the Austro-Hungarian Empire, contributing to the visual and sculptural heritage of his time.

Seeling's sculptural works reflected the aesthetic sensibilities of his era. Though his life was cut short at forty-five, his artistic legacy was preserved through his works and his burial in the Vyšehrad cemetery, a place of honor for notable Czech and Central European figures.
