Biography
Bert le Vack, born in 1888, became known as the æMaster RiderÆ for his uncanny ability to coax extraordinary performance from motorcycles and their engines. He pursued every mechanical innovation with a craftsmanÆs patience, working alongside engineers to refine carburation and ignition systems.
His daring exploits on the postwar racing circuits, where he set both national and international speed records, inspired a generation of riders, and he left an indelible mark on motorcycling technology before his untimely death in 1931.
