Biography

Bertha Königswarter was a member of the Jewish community in Hannover during the nineteenth century. She lived a life rooted in her faith and family, contributing to the cultural and religious life of her community until her death in 1885.

Her memory is preserved in the Jewish cemetery An der Strangriede, a testament to her place within the community she called home. The cemetery remains an important historical record of the Jewish families who enriched the region during this period.
