Biography
Bessica Medlar Raiche was born in 1875 and lived during a period of remarkable innovation and change. She was a woman who came of age in the late nineteenth century and lived into the twentieth, witnessing the dawn of the aviation age and numerous other transformations.
She was laid to rest at Fairhaven Memorial Park in 1932, her life having contributed to the community in which she lived. Her memory endures as part of the historical record of her time.
