Bethuel Kitchen

Biography

Bethuel Kitchen (1812-1895) spent his later years among the faithful of Shanghai Presbyterian, making time for prayer, counsel, and the small labors of daily life.

He is interred at Shanghai Presbyterian Cemetery, a humble grave marking the gentle encouragement he gave to all who shared the churchyard.
