Biography
Bob Woodruff led Baylor University's football program in the early 1950s, earning admiration for expecting his players to excel academically as well as athletically and for guiding the team with steady discipline.
After stepping away from the sideline he stayed close to former players, encouraging them to build lasting friendships and to carry forward the lessons of character and teamwork he had modeled.
