Bohumír Kolbaba

Biography

Bohumír Kolbaba (1895–1958) was a Brno resident whose life encompassed the dramatic transformations of twentieth-century Central Europe. He lived through the establishment of Czechoslovakia, the interwar period, and the post-war era.

Kolbaba's final resting place in Brno Central Cemetery reflects his deep connection to the city and region throughout his sixty-three years of life. He remains part of the community's collective memory.
