Biography
Boris (Augustin) Travernier, born in 1860, answered a higher calling as a Catholic priest, bridging the needs of the Bulgarian faithful with the pastoral traditions of the Latin rite in Plovdiv.
He spent decades tending to parishioners, fostering education, and nurturing dialogue across confessions, leaving a memory summoned by the Catholic Cemetery in Plovdiv where he was laid to rest in 1928.
