Biography

Boris Reinstein was a Russian politician and public figure who navigated the turbulent political landscape of late Imperial and early Soviet Russia. His career reflected the complex political transitions that defined the period from the late nineteenth century through the mid-twentieth century.

Reinstein lived to the age of 81, dying in 1947 after a long life of public service. His longevity and career spanning multiple political regimes made him a witness to some of the most significant transformations in Russian history. He was interred in Novodevichy Cemetery, honoring his contributions to Russian public life.
