Boyd Winchester

Biography

Boyd Winchester practiced law before representing Kentucky in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he advocated for the state's agricultural interests and a balanced national policy.

After his congressional service he represented the United States as minister to Paraguay and Uruguay, working to strengthen ties in South America, and he returned home to continue his legal practice and support civic organizations; he rests at Cave Hill Cemetery.
