Biography

Brendan Bracken, 1st Viscount Bracken (1901–1958), was a businessperson and influential figure in British politics who served as Minister of Information during World War II and was a close supporter of Winston Churchill. Educated in journalism and commerce, he helped shape the flow of information that sustained British morale.

After the war he continued to influence public life in Britain through media and publishing, and his remains were laid to rest at Golders Green Crematorium, leaving behind a legacy of staunch commitment to the nation during its hour of need.
