Biography
Bronisław Prugar-Ketling was a dedicated Polish military officer who served his nation with honor and commitment. Born in 1891, he was part of the generation of Polish officers who worked to establish and defend the Polish state during the interwar period and the trials of World War II.
Throughout his military career, Prugar-Ketling demonstrated loyalty to Poland and its people. He lived until 1948, surviving the war years to see Poland's liberation, though under changed circumstances. His service and sacrifice are remembered through his burial at Powązki Military Cemetery in Warsaw.
