Brutus Sárdy was a Hungarian painter whose artistic practice extended across several decades of the twentieth century. His work reflected the evolving artistic movements and sensibilities of his time, contributing to Hungary's rich painterly tradition.

Sárdy maintained an active presence in Hungarian artistic circles, developing his distinctive approach to painting throughout his career. He was interred in Óbuda Cemetery, where his memory is preserved among Budapest's cultural heritage.
