Cao Zhi (Chinese: 曹志; pinyin: Cáo Zhì; May 1928 – July 1, 2020), a native of Anqiu, Shandong, was a Chinese politician. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress.
