Biography

Carl Abraham Hunnius served the people of Haapsalu as a physician of gentle skill, attending both the everyday infirmities of the town and the lingering plagues of an age still learning the value of sanitation.

He shared his knowledge widely, advising families on public health and participating in the civic life of Haapsalu while his care brought comfort to many in their most vulnerable hours.
