Carl Heise oversaw brewing operations with a careful respect for tradition while embracing improvements that ensured quality and safety. He understood that every batch carried the reputation of his family and his community.
His steady presence in Helsingør’s commercial life earned him wide regard, and he encouraged young workers to take pride in their craft; he rests now at Helsingør Cemetery.
