Biography
Catherine Dolgorukov was a lady-in-waiting in the Russian Imperial court, serving in one of Europe's most prestigious royal households. Her position reflected both her aristocratic standing and her dedication to court service during a significant period of Russian history.
Dolgorukov's life encompassed the final decades of Imperial Russia and the subsequent upheaval that followed. She ultimately found her final resting place in the Russian Orthodox Cemetery in Nice, joining the substantial community of Russian émigrés who sought refuge on the Côte d'Azur.
