Cecil Harold Sewell

Biography

Cecil Harold Sewell, born in 1895, served with the British forces and earned lasting respect for the bravery he displayed while protecting his comrades during the fierce fighting of 1918.

He is commemorated at Vaulx Hill Cemetery, where the toll of that final year is etched into the stone and hearts of those who visit.
