Biography
Celestyn Rydlewski was a military officer who served Poland with dedication and honor. Born in 1875, he was part of the generation that witnessed the struggle for Polish independence and the establishment of the Polish state in the twentieth century.
Rydlewski's military service and life ended in 1940, during the early years of the Second World War. He was interred at Cmentarz Zasłużonych Wielkopolan w Poznaniu, a cemetery dedicated to the memory of those who served and sacrificed for Poland.
