Biography

César Méléra was a French writer born in 1884 whose literary contributions reflected the sensibilities of the early twentieth century. His works engaged with contemporary themes and artistic movements, establishing him as a participant in France's vibrant literary culture.

Méléra's writing career was cut short by his death in 1918 during the final year of World War I. He was laid to rest in Laneuvelotte, remembered as a young writer whose promising career was interrupted by the tumultuous events of his era.
