Biography

Charles Arthur Broadwater, who passed in 1892, was counted among the civic builders of his day, encouraging both the growth of Forestvale and the well-being of those who lived there. He approached life with diligence and a generous spirit, offering his support whenever people needed guidance or encouragement.

He now rests in Forestvale Cemetery, where the community still appreciates the firm yet tender hand with which he shaped that corner of the world.
