Charles Cowley

Biography

Charles Cowley, born in 1832, was esteemed for his honorable approach to life and the gentle courtesy with which he regarded others in Lowell and beyond.

He passed away in 1908, leaving a legacy of warmth in the hearts of those who knew him, and he now lies at Lowell Cemetery where his memory continues to be treasured.
