Biography

Charles Cutts lived through the early republic and made his home near the congregation of Lewinsville Presbyterian, where he took part in the rhythms of a Virginia household shaped by faith and civic duty. His measured life across seven decades left an imprint on neighbors who found solace and steadiness in his presence.
