Biography

Charles Dupaty (1771–1825) was a talented French sculptor whose artistic works contributed to the visual culture of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. His sculptural creations reflected the aesthetic principles and artistic innovations of his time, earning him recognition as a skilled craftsman and artist.

Dupaty's career developed during the transitional period between the Neoclassical and Romantic movements in French art. He died in 1825 and was interred in Père Lachaise Cemetery, honored as an artist whose contributions to French sculpture enriched the cultural heritage of his nation.
