Biography

Charles Herbert Mullins was a distinguished barrister who practiced law in the Eastern Cape during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He maintained a respected position within the legal profession during a transformative period in South African history.

Mullins' career spanned the transition from colonial to post-colonial legal systems, and he contributed to the development of jurisprudence in the region. He was laid to rest in Grahamstown Old Cemetery, a final resting place befitting a man of his professional standing.
