Charles L. Scott

Biography

Charles L. Scott answered California's call by serving in Congress and by championing the Pacific coast's interests during an age of great change, and he now rests in Scott-English Cemetery.

His later diplomatic work and lifelong interest in agriculture and the land kept him engaged with the nation and with the veterans and pioneers whose hopes he sought to uplift.
