Charles O. Lobeck

Charles O. Lobeck (1852–1920) lived through the Reconstruction era and into the dawn of the twentieth century, and his final resting place is noted in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Though the details of his life’s work remain unknown, his name endures in the memory of those who tended his grave.
