Charles W. Blair

Biography

Charles W. Blair, born in 1829, served as a Union Army officer and strove to lead with calm determination in the face of the Civil War's fiercest campaigns.

After the conflict he returned to civilian life with a deep commitment to veterans and his neighbors, and he now rests in Mount Washington Cemetery.
