Cheiche Levi

Biography

Cheiche Levi was a long-lived member of Berlin's Jewish community, spanning more than eight decades of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. His extended life allowed him to witness the gradual transformation of Jewish life in Berlin and Prussia.

He was laid to rest at the Jüdischer Friedhof Berlin-Mitte, where his grave preserves the memory of his life and his contributions to his community.
