Biography

Count Ádám Kendeffy de Malomvíz was a Hungarian nobleman and political activist born in 1795 who engaged actively in the political movements and reform efforts of early 19th-century Transylvania. As a member of the Hungarian aristocracy, he used his position to advance political causes and intellectual discourse.

Kendeffy died in 1834 and was buried at Házsongárd cemetery, a resting place befitting his status and contributions to Transylvanian political life. His activism reflected the growing national consciousness and desire for reform that characterized Hungarian society during this transformative historical period.
