Biography

Daniel Wells Jr. (1808–1902) was a figure of resolve and dignity, whose long life bridged the early 19th century and the dawn of a new century. Though many of his personal endeavors remain unchronicled, he became known among contemporaries for a quiet strength of character and a thoughtful approach to life.

Daniel rests at Forest Home Cemetery, where his gravesite invites reflection on the many years he shared with family, friends, and the community he cherished.
