Biography
Davey O'Brien rose to national prominence as the nimble quarterback for Texas Christian University, earning the 1938 Heisman Trophy for his leadership on the field.
After a professional career that included time with the Philadelphia Eagles and years spent coaching and mentoring young players, he is remembered for his competitive spirit and is interred at Greenwood Memorial Park and Mausoleum.
