Biography
Dick Durock carved out a remarkable career bringing larger-than-life heroes to the screen, most famously stepping into the swamps as the imposing yet sympathetic title character of Swamp Thing while also performing daring stunts and supporting roles across genre films.
He was respected in Hollywood for his professionalism and for helping younger stunt performers learn the craft, and he now rests at Hungarian Sacred Heart Cemetery.
