Dmitrij Alekseevič Tihomirov (1831–1887) was a Russian writer whose literary contributions enriched the cultural landscape of 19th-century Russia. His work reflected the intellectual and artistic movements that flourished during this transformative period in Russian letters.

Tihomirov's literary legacy was honored through his interment at Mitrofanievskoe Cemetery, where many of Russia's most distinguished writers and cultural figures were laid to rest.
