Biography

Dmitriy Tikhonovich Stepanov (1918–2002) was a Russian figure whose life encompassed the major transformations of the 20th century, from the Soviet era through the post-Soviet transition. His experiences reflected the profound historical changes of his time.

Stepanov's life spanned nearly a century of Russian history. He was laid to rest at Troyekurovskoye cemetery in Moscow following his death in 2002.
