Biography
Dmitry Antonelli (1791–1842) was a Russian painter who contributed to the artistic heritage of the Russian Empire during the early 19th century. His career flourished during a period of significant cultural development in Russia, when the arts were increasingly valued and supported by the imperial court and aristocracy.
Antonelli's work as a painter placed him within the cultivated circles of St. Petersburg's artistic community.
