Biography

Domenico Crivelli introduced Italian vocal artistry to London audiences and nurtured the next generation of performers through his teaching at the Royal Academy of Music.

His disciplined approach to singing and insistence on expressive clarity left an imprint on British operatic performance, and his memory is honoured at Kensal Green Cemetery.
