Donat

Biography

Donat (1828–1896) was an Eastern Orthodox priest whose spiritual ministry extended throughout much of the 19th century. He served the Orthodox Church during an important period in Russian religious history.

Donat's dedication to his ecclesiastical calling reflected his commitment to Orthodox Christian faith and practice. He was laid to rest in Ugresha Monastery, a sacred place within the Russian Orthodox tradition.
