Biography

Doug Neff emerged during a transformative era at the University of Virginia, earning admiration for his academic diligence and steady character. Friends recall a young man who balanced study with kindness and took pleasure in mentoring newcomers.

After graduation he remained loyal to the ideals he cultivated in Charlottesville, showing in every endeavor a desire to serve and inspire those around him. He was laid to rest at the University of Virginia Cemetery and Columbarium, where classmates continue to honor his thoughtful life.
